This coming week is another busy week. We had a power outage in my workplace so I need to work on coming Tuesday to make up that day. 6 days a week without break. I need to finish most of my blog and video work on Sunday. Hope I can keep up my workout schedule too.
- No late night snacks
- Drink more water (1.7 L)
- No fatty food
- No salty food
- Wake up before 7 am
- Sleep before 11 pm (fail 4/7 day)
- Exercise every day (fail 3/7 day)
Coming Week Goal:
- Exercise every day (10 minutes each day)
- Wake up at 6:40 am
- Eat more veggie
- Sleep before 11 pm
This week is not bad. I wake up earlier, and I will fit my 10 minutes workout in the morning. I feel like doing some 30-day challenge and film a comparison and thoughts video. What do you think? Now, I want to do a “10 minutes workout every day for 30 days” or “100 crunches every day for 30 days”. I think it can make me to workout every day.
