People now a day care more about their health and try so many different things to stay healthy, but not so many of them can keep it as a habit. I am going to write 5 simple tips that I personally think is useful and easy to follow.
1. Drink a cup of water right after you get off your bed.
Despite the fact that you haven’t brush your teeth, this cup of water can help you clean your colon and absorb nutrients better. It also helps your muscle cell to produce. It means it can boost up your workout result. The most important thing is: now you just need 7 more cups for the day 😉
2. Try doing HIIT
HITT stand for High-Intensity Interval Training. We can search so many different workout videos about it. This training not just great for your heart. It is perfect for lazy people who hate exercise like me. Since HIIT can cut your workout time in half and make you keep burning calories for hours, it can be as short as 10 minutes and easily fit in your daily schedule.
3. Drink more water = Walk more!?
Walking is another great healthy habit if you don’t like to sweat at all. I am lucky enough to have my workplace close to where I live, so I walk 20 minutes to work every work day. But for people who can’t do this, I recommend you drink water whenever you remember. This way you can easily make excuses and go to the bathroom more often, so yeah! you walk more 😉
4. Do some stretching before sleep
The Little step does add up. After a long day wearing high heels or siting with bad posture, you better to do some stretching to help your blood circulation and correct your posture. If you do it before you sleep, you can get away from your phone and computer so you can sleep better. I believe it can help prevent sore neck too.
5. Watch funny videos
We want to have a happy life, and watching some funny videos can bring a lot of joy to your daily life. Funny videos are very easy to find online. I can spend a day to watch funny videos only. You can use it to start a conversation too. You will break that awkward moment when you run out of topics with your new friends. And after you have that smug smiley face, you will notice how people around you are nicer than you thought, and how easy to have a positive happier day.
These 5 tips look stupid and useless for some of you, but little step adds up. You will feel different when you start doing some of them, and they are very simple and easy to do!
